We had a nice stay in a long time. The hotel was pleasant with free breakfasts. It had good food! The staff was helpful, knowledgeable all the time. This accommodation was in the suburban location close to so many things.

The hotel was fairly clean, there were very helpful and efficient staff and free breakfasts. I truly enjoyed the room, it was a nice size with 2 queen size beds. I slept in the comfy bed. Had a very lovely stay for wedding, recommend this place.

This hotel is perfectly located near a local cinema, a Japanese supermarket in Arlington Heights, and a nice shopping area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The breakfast is above average and there are other facilities like a pool and a workout room. Additionally, the underground temperature-controlled heated parking is a great advantage for those visiting during the cold months.

The towels in the hotel could be of better quality.

Everything was really good, exceeded all expectations, and the staff were excellent people with every request that was made. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the fourth time and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff at this hotel always go above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The rooms are consistently clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the location of this hotel is perfect, with a Japanese supermarket nearby in Arlington Heights and a variety of dining options within walking distance. The hotel also offers basic amenities such as air conditioning and free snacks for the TV, which adds a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfactory and provided a good start to the day.
